We are working on a major renovation of a 1960’s bungalow with a undercroft garage. The existing house had been modified badly over the years and needed a complete overhaul which also creates a new access at ground level by converting the existing garage.
A new floor has been added by raising the ridge height and adding a gable which balances with the new entrance at the lower level.
