Albert’s
For nearly fifteen years we have enjoyed working closely with the team at Alberts Restaurants and in that time we have designed many stylish, cool and effective restaurants that are well-established and popular destinations; including Didsbury, Worsley and Tatton.
These venues range from refurbishment and extension projects to new builds which either completely transform the appearance of run-down pubs or utilise unloved plots of land to create contemporary and popular bars and restaurants that have a thread of high-quality design based on Albert’s ethos of serving excellent British cuisine in beautiful surroundings.
Designing Alberts Restaurants is a great process that, as with most Fasciato Architects projects, involves designing both the interior and the exterior. This brings out the best in us and our skills as we create a design that understands the experiences and journeys for guests and staff from arrival, eating on the terrace, eating or drinking with friends and family or having a big party in function rooms. With this variety, the thoughtful design creates seamless connections between the different uses and spaces but can also work independently when necessary. This comes about by our ability to work closely with our Client to ensure the building is functional and beautiful.
Creating an atmosphere within restaurants is fundamental in our approach to interior design and is in abundance with Alberts Restaurants. This is achieved with the combination of materials, seating arrangement and lighting. The interior fit-out includes the design and specification of fixed seating, a long black polished marble bar that reflects the overhead lighting which is reflected in the polished ceramic floor. Careful attention is always paid to the lighting scheme that we design as part of our interior design service.
